We want you to love everything you buy from Povuma. If you don’t, we’ve made returns simple and stress-free.

Eligible returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Certain items—such as earrings, undergarments, or custom products—may not be eligible for return.

To begin a return, contact our team for an RA number. Clearly label the RA number on the package before shipping. Once received, we’ll inspect your return and notify you of the outcome. Refunds for approved items will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was defective or incorrect. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply and will be communicated in advance.
